The rodeo parade is on Saturday morning of "Rodeo Weekend", which is the second weekend of June.  It is held on 2nd Street.  These pictures are from June 9, 2012.

#79 - Christensen Middle School Cougar Marching Band
 
Let's give a big welcome to the Christensen Middle School Cougar Marching Band. Under the direction of Mike Divita, this is their 14th year in our parade. Located in Springtown, the Christensen Cougar Marching Band has 55 students marching today. The band is under the leadership of drum major Shannon Kai and assistant drum majors Christopher Tam and Kasey Clendenen. Today they will play for us Aquia Landing by Paul Murtha. GO COUGARS!!!
 

 

 

#80 - Del Arroyo 4-H Club
 

 
Give a big hand for the Del Arroyo 4-H Club. They are a fun and exciting group of young kids who do everything under the sun. The Del Arroyo 4-H club is all about finding ways to; work, play, and grow with a purpose. They volunteer for many different causes around town. They also teach art, animal care, citizenship, public speaking, cooking and archery. The Del Arroyo 4-H club welcomes you to come and see for yourself.

#82 - EPRPD Volunteer Trail Safety Patrol
 

 
The East Bay Regional Park District Volunteer Trail Safety Patrol is a group of 200 non-sworn civilians who patrol the district's 112,000 acres of park land throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. They act as the eyes and ears of the police department to observe, report, and educate. Volunteer's patrol on foot, bike, horseback and with companion dogs. There is also a search and rescue unit. For more information please check out www.parkpatrol.org. Go out and have fun at all our East Bay Park's.

Here we have Jay Brown proudly driving his 1969 Mercedes Limousine. This car was formerly owned by Les Wexner, the owner of Victoria's Secret stores and "the Limited" stores.
 

#84 - Venture Crew Youth Group #937
 

 
Venture Crew Youth Group #937 here in Livermore. Sponsored by Peninsula Building Materials Company. Venture Crew is a branch of Boy Scouts which is coed, allowing both males and females to enjoy the outdoors and participate in the community. They are constantly volunteering and going on outings that are fun and exciting. If you are the age 14-21 and looking for something entertaining and rewarding to do, Venture Crew is the way to go! Venture crew would like to thank their sponsor, Peninsula Building Materials, a local business that has ten acres of the finest selection of stone and brick in the Tri-Valley-Livermore area.

#86 - Livermore/Pleasanton Fire Department.
 

 
Here comes Livermore’s Big Red Truck! The Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department is driving Truck 96 from the East Avenue Fire Station. Riding on-board today is Fire Chief Jim Miguel. On behalf of Chief Miguel and the men and women of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department, have a safe and enjoyable Rodeo Weekend!
