#138 - Alameda County Cattlewomen The Alameda County Cattlewomen’s organization was established in 1956. And promotes "BEEF" to consumers. Cattlewomen provide information teaching facts in nutrition, all things "BEEF" that are non-food (By-products), and contributions of beef cattle to conservation and the environment. "BEEF" it's; What's For Dinner. |

#139 - Merced County Sheriff Posse The Merced County Sheriff Posse was organized in 1943. They are an all Sterling Silver Mounted Group. They serve as "Goodwill" ambassadors representing Merced County and the State of California. They travel over 3000 miles each year statewide, and to some of the most prestigious parades in the country including; The Rose Bowl, the Presidential Inaugural Parade in Washington DC. They are proud members of the California State Housemen Association, and have been the High Point Sheriff Posse for many years. There officers are; Captain Laurette Locke; 1st Lieutenant Juanita Ellington; 2nd Lieutenant Taylor Nylund; and Trail Master Julie Gonsalves, We thank the Scout Pooper Scoopers for their service. |

We visit hospitals, schools, veteran and senior homes spreading farm awareness. Joy and healing is our mission with our equine therapy partners and farm animals. |

#141 - Aahmes Shriners The AAHMES SHRINERS is located here in Livermore. First up we have the highly decorated Aahmes Mounted Patrol. They are riding matching Tobiano Paint horses. The Mounted Patrol is one of the last Shiner Mounted Patrols west of the Mississippi River. Their leader is Tim Wilbur. Next we have the Aahmes Temple Divan (DA VAN). They are the elected officers of the Shrine. This year's Potentate (PO TEN TATE) is the illustrious Mike Szlazar. They are joined today by members of other Masonic bodies including the Daughters of the Nile and the California Rainbow Girls. Aahmes Shiner's "Making a Difference" to the patients and families of Shriners Children's Hospital. |
