#112 - Miss Rowell Ranch Rodeo Queen Phoebe Bruns
Phoebe Bruns is the 2024 Rowell Ranch Rodeo Queen.Phoebe is from Castro Valley and has just graduated from High School there. For the last 11 years, she has been competing in and out of the California equestrian circuit. She will attend Montana State University to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a firefighter.

#114 - 2024 Grand Marshall - Kathryn Laughlin
Driven by Steve Shockey in his 67 GTO Kathryn is a lifetime resident of Livermore, CA. Her grandfather, John McGlinchey, was President of the Livermore Stockmen’s Protective Association at the time, was instrumental in starting the first Livermore Rodeo in 1918. Kathryn has been a member of the Alameda County Cattlewomen for 40+ years and is a longtime member of the Native Daughters of the Golden West. Kathryn is still very active in the Livermore Rodeo; she has been on the Livermore Rodeo Foundation Board since its inception in 2008.
