The Best of SF Comedy Competition Featuring funnyman, Dana Gould, who began his professional comedy career at the age of seventeen. Between Comedy Central, HBO, and Showtime, Dana has six solo stand-up comedy specials to his credit. He has appeared on THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE, CONAN, and MARON. As an actor, Dana has had memorable turns on SEINFELD, PARKS AND REC, and is one of the few actors to play his live-action self on FAMILY GUY. Third Sunday | Duarte Garage Open Built in 1915, along the newly dedicated Lincoln Highway, the garage served as a gas station, service station, and a car dealership (in the south portion, added in 1923). The garage was restored by the Livermore Heritage Guild, and provides a number of historical displays. The restored LHG fire trucks (as seen in the Rodeo Parade each year) are housed there. Last Sunday | Hagemann Ranch Open Today’s Hagemann Ranch is the last 4.5 acres of continuously operated ranch land from the original rancho el Valle de San José, a Mexican land grant applied for in 1835 by the children of José Joaquin Bernal. The original Rancho consisted of 48,000 acres encompassing much of present day Sunol, Pleasanton and the northwest section of Livermore.
