The rodeo parade is on Saturday morning of "Rodeo Weekend", which is the second weekend of June.  It is held on 2nd Street.  These pictures are from June 11, 2011.

#260 - Sports Clips of Livermore
 

 
Our next entry is here to tell you about the Sports Clips Haircut Experience. Located in the Target Shopping Center here in Livermore, you can watch sports on TV while receiving a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. Enjoy a legendary steamed towel treatment and a great haircut from Guy-Smart stylist who specialize only in men's and boy's hair cair. It's what they call the MVP Treatment and it only takes about 20 minutes.

 


#261 - Livermore Post #47, American Legion
 

 
Give a big hand for our next group, the Livermore Post #47, of the American Legion. The group is led by 1st. Vice Commander Ralph Marrow, 2nd. Vice Commander Mark Myers and Adjutant, Bill Bergmann. Post #47 is dedicated to serving our country and all veterans. All veterans from all conflicts are encouraged to join this group which meets at the Veteran's Memorial Building on the second and fourth Monday of each month. They are a patriotic veterans group devoted to mutual helpfulness, sponsorship of youth programs, promoting honor, strong national security and a devotion to service members and veterans. The American Legion has existed since 1919 and Post #47 is one of the oldest in California. They are actively looking for new members.

This next colorful group is the Grupo Folklorico Tlapalli. Demonstrating cultural dress and dance of Mexico. The group is associated with the Junction Ave. School.
 

 

 

#264 - Mosaic Lodge No. 218 F. & A. M.

And now we have members of the Livermore Masons, Mosaic Lodge # 218, F. & A.M. The members are dressed in their Masonic Regalia. The Mosaic Lodge is the oldest lodge in the Tri-Valley, established in 1872, and is led by Master James Morris.

#266 - Crane Ridge 4-H
 

 
The Crane Ridge 4-H Group has over 100 members ranging in age from 5 to 18 yrs. Old. They participate in raising and handling beef, swine, sheep, poultry, rabbits, crafts, wildlife management and much more.

 


#267 - Granada High School Cheerleaders

This next group is the Granada High School Cheerleaders. The young ladies have an important role in helping to shape the atmosphere of Granada High. They are leaders in the school and our community. This year they have cheered on school athletic events and also contributed in countless community events. This year they have decorated the Veterens Center for the holidays, welcomed home our local soldiers and participated in the "Bras for Cause". Upcoming events include the opening ceremonies for the "Relay For Life". They want to let you know that they are honored to perform for you at this years parade.
