Alameda County Cattlewomen has been promoting beef for 69 years. They focus on educating consumers as to where their food comes from, nutritional value of beef, contributions of cattle to environmental conservation, and open space land management.

 

 

 
#44 - Reins in Motion Foundation
The Reins in Motion Foundation is a volunteer-based therapeutic riding program based right here in Livermore, CA. Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with special needs and life threatening illness by connecting them with horses, animals, and outdoor education activities that promote healing and growth in all aspects of their daily lives.
Reins in Motion runs a weekly program for the special needs community, a veterans program (Reins for Hero’s), summer day camps and helps support camps for The Taylor Family Foundation at Camp Arroyo.

#45 - Aahmes Shriners- Horses, Buggies, and Buckaroos
Here come the Shriners!! - For over 100 years, Shriners have helped children with medical needs across America. The Nobles of Aahmes Temple in Livermore raise funds that go directly to the needs of children in the Shriners hospitals. Remember, Shriners parade so kids can heal!

 

 

 

 

 

 
#46 - Lauette Locke - Silver Mounted
Laurette Locke is from Hilmar, she is riding Rosie, a 17 year old Palomino American Saddlebred. The saddle Laurette is riding is an all Sterling Silver Saddle that was made by Don Ellis in 1948. They have ridden in numerous parades together and have won numerous awards.
   
#47 - Debbie Marshall and Nugget Plain Western
Debbie Marshall enjoys riding her horse “Nugget” in community parades where she enjoys sharing her horse and the hometown friendly people
