Shepherd’s Gate is more than just a shelter. For over 40 years Shepherd’s Gate has provided a long-term, residential program for women & children transforming their lives from homelessness, addiction, domestic violence & trafficking. Since then, over 15,000 women & children have been served.

Founded in 1872. Mosaic Lodge No. 218 is a fraternal men's organization and the oldest Masonic lodge in the Tri-Valley area. Louis Roessler is the current Master of the lodge. Marching along with the Master in Masonic Regalia are member of the Mosaic Lodge and members of the Masonic family. Ladies from the Order of Eastern Star, girls from the International Order of Rainbow for Girls and young men from the Order of DeMolay.
