The rodeo parade is on Saturday morning of "Rodeo Weekend", which is the second weekend of June.  It is held on 2nd Street.  These pictures are from June 12, 2010.

SHRINE CLOWNS The Aahmes Shrine Clowns provide merriment to those with whom they come in contact with. The Clowns work hard to support the 22 Shrine Hospitals across North America. The Shrine Hospitals provide free medical care in the fields of orthopedics, burns and spinal cord injuries for children under the age of 18. The Chief Clown this year is Terry “Ole” Erlandson.

#163 - Cresta Blanca Girl Scouts
Cresta Blanca serves more than 700 girls in Livermore. The Girl Scouts will celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2012. Welcome Girls!

 

 

#164 - East Ave. Middle School Dolphin Band
Their Music Department has just completed another fantastic year of music, culminating with both the advanced Orchestra and Band earning a "Superior" rating at festival. East Avenue Science Teacher, Mrs. Erlwein is a finalist for the Comcast All Star Teachers Award for 2010! They are asking for the communities help to go on-line and vote for her. If she wins, the School will receive $10,000! Look for a student passing out voting info. The students thank their parents and the community for all their help and support this year. And now, under the baton of Drum Major Ashley Lozano, the band presents Silver Eagle by Andrew Balent.
 

 

 

#165 - Red Feather Winery
 
The Red Feather Winery in their 1925 Model TT. Dan and Connie, the winemakers invite you to visit the Red Feather Winery located almost at the South end of Greenville Rd. Today, after the parade, they are inviting you to come out to the winery for a BBQ and Chili Cook-off. You can also enjoy great wines and music by the "Cat Fish Boys". Red Feather was received the "Best Winery in Livermore, Award for 2009-2010.

 


#166 - Cub Scout Pack 914
Cub Scout Pack 914 of Livermore has been going strong for over 35 years. Chartered by the Elk's Lodge of Livermore-Pleasanton, pack 914 meets at Rancho Las Positas Elementary School. Currently, 40 young and energetic boys are on their way to becoming tomorrow's leaders.
