Back of photo states:  "Livermore Rodeo, 1935. View of Grand Entry just breaking up in the arena and photo shows almost half of the grandstands. Paid attendance 14,784 that Sunday, June 10th. Probably with contestants and families there were over 16,000 people present--find empty seats."
