#65  Aahmes Shriners-on-Parade
2nd Place - Novelty Unit Senior

First comes the Shrine Mounted Patrol:
The members of the Aahmes Shrine Mounted Patrol are riding matched Tobiano Paint Horses. Take special note of the silver saddles with green coronas.
The mounted patrol has been riding in parades, rodeos, and charity events for many years. This includes the Rose Parade in Pasadena, The Grand Nationals at the Cow Palace, and at President Jimmy Carter's Inaugural Parade.
President of the mounted patrol this year is Tim Wilbur.

Next we have Aahmes Shrine Elective Divan: (Dye Van) These are the elected leaders for the Aahmes Shriners for this year. These men are dedicated to the support and running of the Shrine Center in Livermore. The Potentate this year is the illustrious Sir Alan West.

Next is the Motorcycle Patrol. ”We ride so a child may walk.” This is the motto that indicates the purpose and dedication of the Shriners Motorcycle Patrol. President this year is Steve Huddleston.

And here we have the Novkeps. The Novkeps are a working unit that takes care of the novices that are about to become Shriners.
Captain of the Novkeps for this year is Lloyd Garbut.

And here is the Shriners Chuck Wagon:
This group of Shriners are the fine chefs or our Shrine Center right here in Livermore. They work hard preparing great dishes for the many functions Shriners host in supporting the Shriners Hospitals.
Purveyor General is Mark Finger. Thank you, Shriners, for gracing our parade again this year!

#67  Livermore H.S. Football Program
The Livermore High School Football Program includes three teams. Athletes with us today are part of the Freshman, JV, and Varsity Teams.

The LHS Football Program is excited for this upcoming season. The athletes are passing out flyers with the 2019 Football Schedule and they invite you all to be a part of Friday Night Lights in Livermore for the 2019 Livermore High School Football season.

#68  Livermore High School Cowboy Marching Band
Can't have a football game without a marching band, can you? Here is the award winning Livermore High School Marching Band and Color Guard, under the new direction of Mr. Justin Enright.

This year the instrumental music program received numerous first place awards at competitions, superior ratings at festivals, and recently returned from a 4-day trip to Southern California.

Having just finished their 125th anniversary year, the band is celebrating with a collection of Spanish- inspired fanfare marches.

Let’s hear it again for the Livermore High School Cowboy Marching Band!
