#16  Livermore Rotary Club President, Don Wentz
Let’s welcome the President of The Rotary Club of Livermore for 2017, Don Wentz, riding in 1964 Ford Galaxy 500, restored and proudly driven by Rotarian Ed Coats.
Don is a 45 year resident of Livermore, a graduate of the University of California at Davis. He worked in the engineering and security fields for 48 years before retiring from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
Don has been a Rotarian for 13 years, donating countless hours of his time to international service and Rotary community service activities, including the construction of the new Rotary Bandstand in Carnegie Park.
Don is the proud father of two daughters and has two grandchildren. He and Shari have been married for 46 years.
We’re proud to have him as our president this year.
In the car with Don and Shari are their two grandchildren, Miles and Katie.
