Please welcome 2 year old Payton Gillians, riding her horse, Dog. Payton is from
Tracy but her pony, Louie, and her horse, Dog, are stabled in Livermore. Dog is

Payton showed in her first horseshow about 2 weeks ago, and got a first place.

Wells Fargo Stagecoach
|

|
And now, Ladies and Gentleman, here comes a living symbol of the American West,
the Wells Fargo Stagecoach.
The Stagecoach is being driven today by young Payton Gillians’s grandfather,
Paul Fellingham.
Today, the legendary Wells Fargo stagecoach rolls down the streets of Livermore
(and carries our mayor, John Marchand, and his wife, Sue)
Let’s give the Wells Fargo Stagecoach and a very proud grandfather Paul
Fellinghan a big hand!
John Marchand was elected Mayor in November 2011, and has served on the
Livermore City Council since November 2005, including four terms as Vice Mayor.
Mayor Marchand was born and raised in the Bay Area. He and his wife, Susan, a
Livermore teacher, have lived in Livermore for over twenty-five years, and
raised two sons in the community. John retired from the Alameda County Water
District, where he served as Senior Water Quality Chemist.
Before his election to the City Council, John worked for fifteen years on the
community’s behalf as an elected representative on the Zone 7 Water Agency
Board. |
